In April 2025, I launched Well+Good’s first-ever beauty awards, a year-long project that I oversaw from concept to launch. I worked closely with brands to secure nominations, equipped our staff with criteria for product testing, edited and wrote final copy, and converted awarded brands into purchasing licensing seals.
